• Full attendance is required to earn certificates
• Refunds are not issued for no-shows or late cancellations

4. PSIRA & Business Registration

• We assist with documents, business plans, SOPs, and guidance
• PSIRA approval is outside our control
• Processing times may vary depending on external factors

5. CIPC Company Registrations

• We submit your company registration to CIPC
• Delays caused by CIPC or incorrect info are not our fault
• No refunds after submission has started

6. Payments

• All services must be paid via approved methods
• Late payments may delay your documents or services

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for third-party delays or indirect losses outside our control (e.g. PSIRA delays, CIPC system errors).

8. Changes
